Photobooth تطبيق سطح مكتب يعمل على جهاز المصوّر. صور عملائك وبيانات جلساتك تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرفع إلى خوادمنا في أي وقت. لا نطّلع على صورك، ولا نخزّنها، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة. الاستثناء الوحيد — وبقرارك أنت في كل مرة — ميزة الذكاء الاصطناعي الموضّحة في البند ٥.
لا يُرسل أي من هذا إلينا. التطبيق لا يحذف صورك أو سجلاتك تلقائيًا أبدًا — الحذف قرارك وبيدك، من داخل التطبيق أو بإزالته مع مجلد بياناته.
لتشغيل الترخيص والتحديثات وحسابك على الموقع نستقبل الحد الأدنى التالي:
هذه أرقام مجمّعة لقياس الاستخدام وتحسين التطبيق. لا تتضمن أي صورة، ولا اسم عميل من عملائك، ولا رقم هاتف من أرقامهم. ولا نسجّل عنوان IP الخاص بك في سجلات الترخيص.
إن اخترت ربط حساب Google Drive لتسليم المناسبات، فإن التطبيق يطلب صلاحية
drive.file فقط.
تستطيع فصل الربط في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، أو من صفحة أذونات حساب Google. استخدام بيانات Google يلتزم سياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.
إرسال الصور يتم من جهازك إلى واتساب مباشرة عبر جلستك المرتبطة. لا نتوسّط في الرسائل ولا نحتفظ بمحتواها. أرقام عملائك تبقى في قاعدة البيانات المحلية على جهازك. واتساب خدمة تابعة لشركة Meta وتسري عليها سياستها.
بعض الباقات تتيح تحسين الصور أو توليد تأثيرات بالذكاء الاصطناعي عبر خدمة Google Gemini. هذه الميزة معطّلة ما لم تشغّلها أنت، ولا تعمل إلا على الصورة التي تختارها بنفسك في كل مرة.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة تسويقية، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من طرف ثالث على موقعنا.
موقعنا لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع. عند تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك يُحفظ رمز جلستك في تخزين المتصفح المحلي لإبقائك مسجّلًا، ويُمحى عند تسجيل الخروج.
عند أي تغيير جوهري نحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة ونخبر المشتركين عبر البريد أو داخل التطبيق.

Photobooth is a desktop application for event photographers. Photos, client names, phone numbers and session data are stored only on the photographer's computer and are never uploaded to our servers. The app never deletes your data automatically.
Licence serial and an anonymous device fingerprint, basic device specs, the name, phone and email you gave us, a hashed account password, and aggregate counts only (events, sessions, photos sent and printed), plus a usage summary: how many times each screen was opened and each operation performed, as counters. No timeline, no timestamps of individual actions, and no content — no event names, no client names, no message text, no photos. It is sent when the app starts and attempted once as it closes, covering the period since the last summary we received, and it is used only to improve the product. The app's detailed activity log stays on your computer and is never sent. No photos, no client names, no client numbers, no IP addresses in licence logs.
If you connect Google Drive, the app requests the drive.file scope only. This grants
access exclusively to files and folders the app itself creates. Photos upload
directly from your computer to your own Google Drive and never pass through our servers.
The OAuth token is stored encrypted on your computer only. We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data,
and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
When you explicitly use an AI feature, the selected photo is sent from your computer to Google Gemini for processing and the result returns to your computer. It does not pass through, and is not kept on, our servers. You are responsible for the consent of the people in the photo.
Our licence server runs on our own DigitalOcean server in Frankfurt, Germany, over HTTPS. Daily backups are kept for 30 days. Transactional email is sent through Brevo. Updates are downloaded from GitHub. We use no third-party trackers or analytics.
